Independence High School is a public, co-educational high school. The school’s colors are maroon and silver, and its athletic team is known as the Independence Falcons. The first class of Independence High School entered in 2008, and the inaugural graduating class left in 2011. 2012 saw the graduation of the first four-year graduating class. Approximately 1,900 staff members and students are enrolled at this time. Independence High School provides AP, GATE, and Honor courses.
